Neil Heslop

Neil lost his sight aged 20 and is a graduate in Law from Newcastle University. Neil also holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a Diploma
in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Neil was previously Managing director of RNIB Solutions and in a twenty five year career has
held senior leadership roles in the telecoms and retail industries in North America and the UK. These include Head of Strategy and General Manager
of Retail and Online Operations at O2, CEO of Cincinnati Bell Wireless and Director of CTIA the Wireless Association. Neil is a co-founder of Blind
In Business and has served as a Trustee since 1992. In 2002 he was awarded the OBE for services to British Telecommunications and charity.
Neil is now the CEO of Leonard Cheshire Disability.
